As a small business we have the time and flexibility to work closely with our clients, to translate ideas imaginatively into functional and pleasing designs. We believe furniture should inspire and give pleasure, as well as meet the practical needs of daily life.

The workshop near Bath was set up by Martin Kalberer, who trained in furniture design and cabinet making at High Wycombe College, and has been making furniture since graduating in 1990.

what we can make

We enjoy making freestanding and fitted furniture for the home or business and have extensive experience in a wide range of projects: dining tables, chairs, desks, bookcases, coffee tables, beds, alcove units, wardrobes, kitchens … a children’s playroom, a doctor’s consulting room, a designer’s reception desk…… even theatrical props for a clown and bridges for a garden.
